Rapid Prototying

Rapid prototyping is widely used in the aerospace, automotive, medical and consumer products industries. Its primary purpose is to quickly design and fabricate prototypes for communications and to effectively support concurrent engineering. By exchanging prototypes early in the design phase, tool design can start early, advanced procurement can begin and the article can be fabricated in a rapid and disciplined environment.

At Andrews, we constantly seek new and enhanced methods to further reduce the time from concept to market and operational use. Andrews Space is engaged in the design, development and flight testing of advanced concepts and "X-Y" prototype aerospace vehicles, including their supporting infrastructure, through production and Initial Operating Capability (IOC).
